Directions Tip: If you’re coming from San José del Cabo, plan extra time—Caduaño is inland and cell service can be spotty in some areas. Once you’re at Club Campestre Madrigal, we handle the rest.

Tour Type
This is a private ride-along off-road tour. Guests ride as passengers. The guide/driver operates the vehicle at all times unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Private Tour Pricing
Pricing is per tour (per vehicle) and includes up to 3 guests. The tour is private—no other guests will join.
Meetup Location
Meetup and return location is: Club Campestre Madrigal, 8658+XM, Km 26, 23522 Caduaño, B.C.S. Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time.
What’s Included
Helmet(s) and required safety gear, driver/guide, and the planned route with scenic photo stops. Any items not explicitly listed as included are not included.
Guest Requirements & Conduct
Health & Safety Notice
This experience involves off-road driving over uneven terrain and may include bumps, dust, and sudden movement. Guests participate at their own risk and should not join if they have conditions that could be worsened by off-road travel (including serious neck/back injuries). If pregnant or under medical care, consult a physician before booking.
Weather & Route Changes
Routes may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, closures, or safety considerations. If we cancel due to safety or severe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Damage / Liability
This is a ride-along tour and guests do not operate the vehicle. Guests are responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions (for example: removing safety gear, unbuckling seatbelts while moving, or interfering with controls). We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items (phones, cameras, sunglasses, etc.).
Photos & Media
Guests may take photos and video during the tour. By participating, guests grant permission for us to use group photos/video for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing before the tour.
Refund Policy
Full refund with 48+ hours notice. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. Weather/safety cancellations by us: reschedule or full refund.
Assumption of Risk & Waiver
By booking and participating, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of off-road activities and agree to release and hold harmless the tour operator and staff to the fullest extent permitted by law.
