Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed at least 14 days prior to the tour date.
Same-day bookings require full payment (100% deposit) at time of booking and are subject to availability.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved online platforms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.
In the event of tour cancellation due to weather or safety concerns, clients will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

Health and Safety

Participants must be at least 12 years old and in good physical health.
Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other serious medical issues should consult their physician before booking.
