By booking this tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

Tour price is $200 USD per person.
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Maximum of 3 guests per tour (private ride).
Tours are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be charged in full.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Tours may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.

3. Safety & Liability

All guests ride as passengers; the UTV is operated by a trained guide.
This tour involves bumpy terrain and may not be suitable for guests with neck, back, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant.
Guests participate at their own risk.
You will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
